The Mind Dump

Heading towards the time of the year when new resolutions are made and excuses for not meeting some are accepted. As usual, feeling the rush to finish up the tasks I selected.

Few things on my mind

  • 600Hrs gaming to 4 hours in a year
  • Improved journaling
  • Developed intuition for when things won’t work out
  • Comparatively peaceful mind
  • Helped a friend get his EV business started
  • Comparatively, read more this year
  • The knowledge earned while doing the action is better than learning knowledge alone
  • Doing the same task daily is boring, but I can do them anyway now.
  • Alternate truth exists
  • It takes time to build beautiful, lasting things
  • Self-branding is alright as long it is true and designed to offer value to others
  • New technology will come and go, older technologies will always offer stability
  • Old books are best
  • Giving up on the quest of finding a mentor.
  • There are some good parts of corporate life. Difficult to harness them without falling into their traps
  • Old friends are like medicine wine, they get better with age
  • Trust transforms into faith, take a leap
  • Freedom is to do interesting things
  • Just when you need the internet, it will go away😠
  • Do not change yourself for others.
  • Bet against crypto, NFT and Metaverse stand true so far.
  • Earning money sitting the whole day in front of a trading terminal is stupid.🤡 Play long (3 years)
  • Look for the fundamentals of a stock then Macroeconomics and then spend time analyzing the micro.
  • Android should fade away, the play store is a joke
  • SEO is a joke
  • AI products are fascinating, enjoy them
  • Happy with my notes getting a frontend
  • I am a Dev guy, not a DSA one, I love infrastructure
  • 5 years down the lane, India will be a hub for innovation
  • Sustainable growth in the world led by India can be achieved through innovation in cooperative business.
  • 2023 will the year of Health care technology(Simple things done correctly and offered using the internet, AI, IoT)
  • The biggest challenge of running a software business is getting paid by domestic customers.

  • Have to start writing before the year ends on:
    • PoC (Proof of Concept)
    • Status of {Technology}
    • Video logs
    • At least one gaming stream
    • CLI based tool
    • Test and become comfortable with 1 JS and 1 no-JS-based frontend framework
    • Post literature survey 2022
    • Post annual logs of 2019-22

I wish I can end this year by playing some computer games, eating good food and reading a book while listening to my favorite music🤞
